@albi A nuclear device using a gun trigger mechanism to ignite plutonium delivering 1-2 kiloton yield delivered by missile, drone or even a truck. Ukraine has all the expertise and materials to develop several of these weapons. Furthermore Ukraine has a much higher chance of interdicting any retaliatory tactical strike than Russia.
