Does anyone know of a FOSS friendly, ideally EU based GitLab instance that might be open to hosting a project like #postmarketOS ?

We would bring our own runners, and be willing to contribute to hosting costs.

We don't have many requirements, basically just open (or at least quickly reviewed) user signups, and we'd ideally like to avoid cloudlfare as it seems to false-flag a surprising number of folks.

For some reference on scale/activity: across gitlab.com/postmarketOS we receive a bit over 100 MRs per month and about the same number of issues

We have <20GB of CI artifacts

to be clear, I'm asking purely out of interest, this is not any kind of commitment.

@albi I'm specifically asking about gitlab in this post yes... We've also explored sourcehut and discussed codeberg.org sourcehut doesn't seem like it's gonna be the way to go, but we're keeping our options open.
