Have you ever been so agitated about a situation over which you have little influence that you lack the words to adequately express your discontent?

A string of profanity comes close, but it's not enough.

@analogfusion I had the opportunity recently to really belly-yell a long ‘FUUUUUCK!’ in an empty building regarding a frustration… it was helpful! 😅

@analogfusion Lots of times, yeah. You can just, you know, do a wordless shout into nothing. I’ve done it. Just somewhere where no one thinks a crime is being committed.

It felt good.
