@Sominemo Without knowing what you are agreeing to before receiving the CD or whatever the heck it is... I am of the firm belief you can't really be said to have agreed no matter what measures are put in place to ensure at the time, the person clicks the, "I agree" button. I didn't agree to the hellscape that is setting up an iPad. I want a device. I want to buy a device. Or software or whatever.
