The Mrs & I are considering quitting coffee for tea. We have different tastes in coffee so I’m always making two different pots with all the supplies to make both. We both like tea. Anyone recommend strongly caffeinated teas to make the transition easier?

@3EyedmMonster I love both, but I can’t replace one with the other.

@3EyedmMonster Are you thinking bagged or loose leaf?

I like a good English breakfast tea. Mighty Leaf does a good one, though my daily is called Just Like Honey from Highwire Roasters — but you’d have to order it direct from California. It’s very malty.

If you like smoky, Davidson Tea’s Lapsong Souchong is tasty and VERY potent.

@colorblindcowboy @3EyedmMonster I'm not a tea aficionado, but this commercial with Patrick Stewart has me wanting to try some Yorkshire Tea. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2cFHZ3ODNA8

@analogfusion @3EyedmMonster It’s a good, strong “builder’s tea.” I used to drink the Yorkshire Gold.”

Great ad.
